What we offer
Enjoy a cozy, eco-friendly stay that fosters community spirit!
The main ingredients of our coliving are the sense of community, the peaceful environment and the connection with nature and local actors. During your stay we will invite you to discover the principles of permaculture and see how we put them into practice in our project Finca la Canopea.

A comfortable stay
We offer 3 cozy private rooms and 2 shared bathrooms. Additionally, the price includes a weekly cleaning service and a high-speed internet connection.
The house is conveniently located at the edge of Los Silos, a small village nestled between the sea and the mountains. Everything you need is within walking distance.

Connect with a permaculture project
Behind the house, you’ll find the Finca la Canopea permaculture project. You’re invited to explore the edible forest, learn more about the cultivation of vanilla and to discover the efforts made to fight deforestation and restore the land.
You’ll have the opportunity to get involved, lend a hand and deepen your understanding of permaculture through a hands-on, real-world project.

Become part of a community
We are looking for people who are more than just looking for a place to sleep. Are you curious about life in a rural setting and are you passionate about ecology and environmental issues? La Libélula is a living space where everyone plays an active role. By contributing your talents, you enrich the community while benefiting from the experiences of others.

Frequently Asked Questions
We don’t offer the option to choose a specific room when booking. The 3 rooms we offer are all different, and we believe all of them are good options. The reason we don’t allow room selection is more practical. When we let guests choose rooms, it often leads to gaps between stays, which, as you can imagine, isn’t something we can afford. If you have a strong preference for a particular room, feel free to email us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
We like to welcome guests of all ages, while providing each guest with the space that suits their needs. Therefore, we offer an independent house with two rooms, ideal for families who want to be part of the coliving community while also having their own space. Check Casita La Palmera.
While we love animals, our coliving space is not suitable for pets. Thank you for understanding!

The recommended minimum stay is one month. We believe that to really connect with the place, the people and the region, you need to take your time. However, we understand that some people don’t have 4 weeks to come. If you wish to come for 2 weeks we will be happy to welcome you according to our availability.
The coliving has a large terrace with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. Once a week we will spend a few hours together at the permaculture farm behind the house. The rest of the time you can explore the surrounding area, including a walk in the mountains. There are several hiking trails leading directly from the house into the beautiful Monte de Agua. A five-minute walk away is the small village square with its typical kiosk, where you can enjoy the rhythm of local life over a drink.
